- IP address (hashed) — stored as an irreversible SHA-256 hash for rate limiting purposes only. We cannot identify you from this hash.
We do not collect data through any other means. We do not use third-party tracking, analytics cookies, or advertising pixels unless you explicitly consent.

Email Processing
We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) as our transactional email processor. When you submit a contact form, Brevo processes the delivery of:
- A notification email to our team
- A confirmation email to you

ERP.guide uses only essential cookies by default:

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 2 years, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
